Yaxeni Oriquen PictureYaxeni Milagros Oriquen Perez who is also known as Yaxeni Oriquen-Garcia was born on September 3, 1966 in Venezuela. Yaxeni is one of nine children Yaxeni and she entered her first bodybuilding competition in nine children and started training at an early age.
Yaxeni won four amateur contests in 1993 which earned her pro card in the process which prompted he move to the United States. She is also an evangelist and first started off in the USA working as a personal trainer at the Crunch in South beach Miami Florida.
Without a doubt her highest achievement as a professional must be the winning the Ms. Olympia title which she did in 2005. But she has also won five Ms. International titles, in 2002, 2003, 2005, 2008, and 2012. She is 5 ft 7 in and competes at 160 lb and is around 185 lb during the off-season.
She placed in the top 5 at the Ms. Olympia many times before she actually won and deserves that win in 2005 having earned it the hard way.
Yaxeni Oriquen Workout
She explains her workout as being very simple as she does 45 minutes cardio in the morning and then goes to work where she would then come home at lunchtime and the after lunch would go back to the gym and do 45 minutes of weight training.
She says that he shoulders and arms are her best body-parts so she concentrates on her weak body-parts which are her calves and her legs. She says that she has always trained using high volume and heavy weights tying to do as many reps as possible.
She says that he key to winning any bodybuilding contest is all about balance and she says that she is not done with competing as a bodybuilder and will be back on stage to defend her title as at the best built women in the world. She works with her husband at the SOBE SPORT CLUB in Miami Beach Florida.
