Anabolic Steroids and Weight Gain

Natural Training vs. Anabolic Steroids

Many people who want to gain muscle mass have questions about steroids. Here is what you need to know in order to make the right decisions.

As little as 30-35 years ago huge physiques were being built without all of the hormones that we have available today.

They stuck to the basics - such as drinking milk by the quart! That is how they got so big.

They were 'natural'. They didn't take steroids like most bodybuilders (and athletes) do today.

A lot more thought went into their routines and nutritional programs. They had to learn to maximize what they had.

In a way, a lot of the concepts in my program resemble those programs. It is designed to make you huge without drugs. We also need to maximize what we have.

Most of the programs today (like you see in the magazines) will not work for us. They are developed and used by hormonally enhanced athletes.

Using their routines won't allow you to recover quickly enough from one workout to the next. That is what steroids do. It's all about protein synthesis.

Many people have the wrong idea about steroids. They are not a magical solution to building muscle. You still need to exercise hard and eat correctly in order to receive their full effects. If not, you will be wasting your money.

How Do I Know If They Are Right For Me?

Ideally, you want to take your physique as far as you possibly can naturally first. What is the point of taking steroids if you can still grow without them?

Training naturally will build a sense of dedication and will show how serious you really are about building muscle. If you can train and diet consistently for a long period of time on your own, then this will show that you are serious. Then you might consider taking it to the next level.

You must also realize that all of the gains that you make using steroids won't be permanent. This can create a severe psychological effect if you are not prepared for it. This is another reason why you must know and practice sound nutritional guidelines. If not, you will lose most of your gains...and your money!

There is also a certain risk factor involved. Some people experience side effects while others do not.

With hard work and the right information you can still get big without steroids. All of the results I have made have been done naturally.

That is why my program focuses on natural techniques. It will take your body as far as your genetic potential will allow.

By that time you will be in a better position to make proper and sound judgments concerning steroids.

Whether you want to train naturally or not, you first need a solid foundation, a plan that works.
